Estate Agents:

Lender's surveys check the value of a property NOT its condition...we would always recommend that a buyer has their own independent survey.
Lenders:
Remember to get INDEPENDENT financial advice before you agree to any mortgage or loan. You wouldn't expect a car dealer to point out the faults of a car he wants you to buy!
Licensed Conveyancers (or Solicitors):
Work with other lawyers and estate agents to check information and agree the legal terms of the transaction working towards the exchange of contracts.
Exchange Contracts - Completion - Move - Ownership and Mortgages registered .
